15 Day Return and Refund Policy

Return Request

We accept returns on all merchandise bought on our website excluding the following collections: swimwear, accessories, home decor, and final sale items.

Make a request within 3 days of delivery through the Return Portal located in the footer menu of our website.

Item must be returned in the original packaging, tags must be attached and in the same condition that it was received. Must be unworn, unwashed, with no stains or odors and in resalable condition.

Once we issue your return label you must ship back the return within 3 days.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or a defective item, we will provide a replacement. Please take clear photos of the product, highlight the problem, and email the photos with an explanation.

Zalia Atelier is not liable for any return packages that get lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of the tracking number we provide for your return label.



Order shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received it may take the warehouse up to 10 days to inspect the item and issue the refund. 

There are certain situations when a refund will be denied or only a partial refund will be granted (if applicable). For example: items not returned on time. Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
