Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns on all merchandise (excluding sale items, swimwear, accessories and bodysuits) All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of your receipt.  

Contact us at CS@zalia-atelier.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. Include the order number in your subject line.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, free of stains and odors, and no signs of wear. Tags must be attached and must be in its original packaging in the same condition that it was received.

* Orders placed using a promo code are non-refundable. You may exchange or receive store credit.

* You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. 

* Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return after it's been received by our team. 

* Zalia Atelier is not liable for any return packages that get lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment minus any return shipping costs.

If a promo code was used for your purchase, you will receive store credit. An email will be sent to you with an e-giftcard for the amount of your credit minus any return shipping costs.

In the event that your item is defective or damaged please contact us within 3 days of delivery date and we will gladly process an exchange.
