RETURN AND REFUND

30 Days Return and Refund Policy

Merchandise must be eligible for return.

Merchandise must have all tags attached and must be in its original packaging as it was received and be in resalable condition. No exceptions.

Merchandise must be in brand new condition with tags attached, not be worn, altered, or washed. Must be free of makeup, deodorant marks or other stains as well as free of pet hair, lint, etc., and free of fragrance or any odors. Items with tags that have been tampered with will not qualify for a refund. No exceptions.

The following items are non-returnable: beachwear, jewelry, hats, belts, shoes, handbags and items marked as final sale.

When submitting your request to return make sure to include clear photos of each item you wish to return showing that the tag is attached and the reason for return.

When your return is approved make sure to ship it within 5 days.

  

Refund

The consolidation center will inspect all merchandise. If your return shows signs of being used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, has missing tags or tags that have been tampered with, it will not qualify for a refund. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as requested by the customer in the return portal's form. 

All merchandise will be inspected and it can take 10-20 days to process your refund.

If you received a defective item or the wrong item, a replacement will be sent. In any case you must return the defective or wrong item.
