RETURN AND REFUND
Return and Refund Policy
Merchandise must be eligible for return.
- You must request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving the item/s.
- The item/s must be in original condition, with tags still attached, with original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- We cannot accept returned garments that have makeup or any other stains and/or garments that smell of perfume. Please take care when trying on garments.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- The item/s must be returned before the refund or exchange is issued to the customer.
- Refunds will be issued back via your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need up 1o 10 working days to clear the funds back onto your account.
- If your item/s meet our return requirements, please proceed to your order page to fill out the return request form.
Start your return request from your store ACCOUNT
- You will then receive an email which you must reply to and include clear photos of each item you wish to return showing that the tag is attached and the reason for return. Stay tuned for a resolution.
- Store issued return labels have an expiry date of 15 days after they are issued. Make sure to ship your return right away. We will not accept returns shipped after the 15 days.
Refund
The consolidation center will inspect all merchandise.
- If your return shows signs of being used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, has missing tags or tags that have been tampered with, it will not qualify for a refund. No exceptions.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as requested by the customer in the return portal's form.
- All merchandise will be inspected and it can take 10-20 days to process your refund.
Received the wrong item?
- If you received a defective item or the wrong item, report it within 3 days, a replacement will be arranged and sent. In any case you must return the defective or wrong item.
