The above referenced delivery time-frames are estimates provided by the carriers. Once the package leaves the distribution center we have no control. The carriers are responsible for the delivery of your package in a timely manner. Please note that in rare occasions customs may cause a delay in clearing the shipment so please be patient.

  

When will I receive tracking information? 

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.

Log in to your order page form to track your package.

Make sure you are signed up to our newsletter so you don't miss the shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation please reach out to us and we will provide you with the tracking number and status.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Have you not received your order? 

The courier is responsible for delivering your package. If it's delayed, first track it with the shipping company or call your local courier office with your tracking number and they will give you an update.

If the carrier was not able to deliver your package for any reason, you are responsible for contacting them to arrange the re-delivery or pick up of your parcel from their local office.

If the courier delivered your package to the wrong address or can not locate your package, you must submit a "Missing Package Claim" with the shipping company. They will provide a claim letter which you must forward to us by email and we will gladly provide you with a replacement.
